NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE

The Coral Springs Improvement District is looking to sell surplus items.  Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 A.M. on July 29, 2026 at the Offices of the Coral Springs Improvement District, 10300 NW 11th Manor, Coral Springs, FL 33071, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Outside of envelope must clearly state JULY 2026 SURPLUS SALE OFFER and include the official offer form. A copy of the surplus package is available from the District Offices by contacting the District Clerk at sandrad@csidfl.org or downloading from www.csidfl.org/procurement/.  The District Clerk will send out electronic packages, if needed, with the list of items and photos to interested parties.  In-person inspections can be scheduled on request by emailing sandrad@csidfl.org. All items are sold “as-is” and “where-is”.  All sales are final.  No warranties expressed or implied. The District reserves the right to reject any or all offers with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the offer which best serves the interest of the District.  Offerors will need to mail or hand deliver payment in the form of check, cash, or money order made payable to Coral Springs Improvement District within 5 business days of receipt of emailed Award letter.  ACH payments may be made by contacting Sue Beyer, Director of Finance at 954.796.6624

ADVERTISEMENT CORAL SPRINGS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP #2026-02 WATER/WASTEWATER PLANT WIND HARDENING – (PHASE II) (HMGP)

The District invites qualified contractors to respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) to improve six (6) buildings’ resistance to damage from wind events by selectively replacing portions of the structures with new reinforced CMU walls, installing addition reinforcement, constructing supplemental beams and columns, and replacing existing windows, doors, louvers, storefronts, and exhaust fans with new impact rated components complying with the Florida Building Code. Proposals will be received by the Coral Springs Improvement District, Broward County, Florida.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 20, 2026 at 10:00am at the District’s offices. You may attend this meeting virtually with the information below. Type your name and the agency you represent upon joining the meeting.

The contractor’s proposal shall be submitted on the required bid proposal form. Proposals will be received until 10:00am eastern time on June 9, 2026 at the offices of the Coral Springs Improvement District, 10300 NW 11th Manor Coral Springs, FL 33071. The outside of the envelope or box containing one (1) original proposal including original signatures and one (1) digital copy (USB Drive) must clearly state “Water/Wastewater Plant Wind Hardening RFP# 2026-02”. This RFP will be subject to the Cone of Silence. Late submittals will not be accepted.
