Emergency response communication is an important part of every public utility system. These notifications help keep residents informed about potential issues, emergencies, or safety hazards that may affect the community. When an alert is issued, you may receive a notification by phone call, text message, or email.
The Coral Springs Improvement District (CSID) participates in ALERT Coral Springs through the City of Coral Springs. Each month, CSID provides the City with updated customer contact information to help ensure notifications are delivered using the most current information available. In order to keep your records accurate, please notify CSID whenever your contact information changes, including your phone number or email address.

New Water Meters Are Coming
CSID is launching a districtwide water meter replacement program to modernize its water metering system and provide customers with more accurate and reliable water usage information. Approximately 10,000 residential, irrigation, and commercial meters will be upgraded to Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) smart meters, which offer improved accuracy, enhanced leak detection, and access to a new online customer portal where customers can monitor their water usage.
The program is fully funded through CSID’s Capital Improvements Program and will not create the need for a rate increase associated with this project. Meter replacements are expected to begin this summer and continue over approximately 12 months, with customers receiving advance notice before installation.
