Employment Opportunities
Utility Billing Field Technician
- Perform scheduled meter reading manually or using AMR/AMI devices.
- Record and verify readings for accuracy: enter data into billing system.
- Investigate and resolve meter-related issues, including high/low usage concerns and access problems.
- Conduct field investigations related to high water usage, leaks, or service disruptions.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of automated meter reading (AMR/AMI).
- Support field crews with leak detection, disconnection notices, and emergency response tasks.

Salary range $44,554.00 – $$68,436.50. Salary to commensurate relative to level of license and experience in his field.
